Kest-Lock

Below you will find models of the Kest-Lock range, download the library of the weld in parts and the desired split rings, Basic or Snap.

For the US market, the weld in part (KLTF or KLPF) will indicate what TC size you ned on the splitring (KLS or KLB)

This model library is a simplified version of Kest-Lock. The intended use of this library is for engineers to incorporate the models in their designs, all dimensions that interfaces the design and all outer dimensions is accurate, details like radius internal groves and so on has been simplified to reduce the file size.

How to assemble the Kest-Lock parts.

KLTF

Mate the cylindrical surface of the KLTF with the cylindrical surface of the snap or basic ring, the condition shall be Concentric. Mate the flat top surface of the KLTF with the surface on the snap or basic ring (indicated with green color), the condition shall be coincident.

KLPF

Mate the cylindrical surface of the KLPF with the cylindrical surface of the snap or basic ring, the condition shall be Concentric. Mate the flat top surface of the KLPF with the surface on the snap or basic ring (indicated with green color), the condition shall be coincident.

TC Device or pipe

Mate the cylindrical surface of the TC with the cylindrical surface of the KLPF or KLTF the condition shall be Concentric. Mate the flat top surface of the TC with the surface on the KLPF or KLTF (indicated with green color), the condition shall be distance or offset, the distance shall be equal to the thickness of the gasket.

A complete assembly would look like this. The Kest-Lock split rings and the TC device might interfere with each other, this is nothing to worry about.
