Our patented Kest-Lock design unites the advantages of a traditional TriClamp with an aseptic tank or pipe connection, that considerably reduces downtime. An aseptic way to attach equipment, such as valves, transmitters, hoses etc, equipped with TriClamp ferrule, flush to a tank.

Reduce your downtime

Kest-Lock Basic requires you to loosen two screws and then remove the equipment. To mount equipment - Just push it in place and tighten!

No costly repairs

Stainless steel threads always pose a risk of galling, repairing a pressure vessel can be both costly and time consuming. The Kest-Lock has the mechanism in the split rings, those can easily be exchanged.

No loose parts

The Kest-Lock split rings is designed to stay on the flange during exchange of TriClamp device so you don’t need to keep track of them. You never need to spend time climbing down the tank to chase screws or split rings.

Uncompromised cleanability

Kest-Lock with the unique coupling and the aseptic weld-in flange gives a flush surface inside the tank. It is developed for critical applications where aseptic design, easy and safe handling are essential, such as SIP/CIP processes.

Prepared for pressure

The Kest-Lock is machined from a solid bar. The design is FEM analyzed to comply with PED and ASME pressure vessel code.

Flexible usage

The Kest-Lock can be used in various applications, a broad range of weld in flanges has been developed adapted to the most common tube standards, and we constantly develop more variants.

Technical specifications

Kest-Lock are designed to fit to TriClamp ferrules according to ISO 2852, ASME BPE and DIN 32 676. Download datasheet for more detailed information.

  • All products are FEM analyzed according to PED and ASTM
  • Design Temperature -80°C to 200°C [112°F to 392°F]
  • Design Pressure -1 bar(g) to + 10 bar(g) [-14.5 psi to 145 psi]
  • TC Gaskets according to ISO 2852 type B
  • Welding tool available for Tank Flanges (recommended)
  • Heat Number on all parts in media contact
  • 3.1 material certificate on all parts in media contact
